I'm rereading The Things They Carried by Tim O'Brien, one of the most powerful Vietnam War memoirs I've ever read; he paints no fancy picture: He only paints the brutal truth that defined who he came to be.

I finished Chris Jericho's Undisputed about a week ago. I don't care for wrestling too much anymore, but it's interesting to read about Chris' stories over the years.

Just finished the entire Endworld and Blade saga by David Robbins.  Now I am on Temple by Mathew Reilly

"nefast voor het konijn" by Hugo Mathyssen.

Freely translated as "Nefast for the rabbit." It's a collection of his best columns in newspapers and magazines.

Having a good laugh :p

The Usurper by Cliff Ball

Perhaps one of the most poorly-written books I've read in a long time.  The plot is intriguing, Manchurian Candidate fare, but oh goodness it was like there was no editing.  Tense would change from past to present in the middle of a paragraph and at one point a secret agent knocked a guy out by using chlorophyll(???!!!!) on a rag.  The ending was a mishmash of every post-apocalyptic/Revelations mess you could think of and by that point it was so insanely ridiculous that I laughed out loud.

My cousin actually recommended it for me, and it turned out to be a great book, I love books like these about soldiers.
