Hi,
A newbie here looking for a bit of help and / or explanation. Me and my partner are nboth playing seperate single player games on the same PS3. When shooting he has a red dot come up when he's aiming correctly, I don't I just get the regular white one. Can anyone tell me why this is and how I can get the red dot as well?

That depends on the aiming mode.

If the aiming mode is on casual when you aim at an enemy or something like that the red dot will appear.
