Make America the same again!

So you think Scotland will really leave this time? It won't be much of a United Kingdom without dear old Scotland. I am excited for all the flag changes though.

Definitely, in 2014 many people voted to stay due to fears of leaving the EU. And now, every single Scottish council (electoral area) voted to remain in the EU. The Scottish (and Northern Irish) people don't want to be dragged out of the EU against there will. This is the tipping point. I think Old England and Wales will be all that remains of the UK by 2020.

I hate to be that guy, but wouldn't the UK still include Ireland? It would be Great Britain only having England and Wales.

As much as I love the British flag and how its all set up, anything that reduces their Olympic games medal count is alright in my books. :P

I wonder if they get rid of the Union Jack, if Australia and New Zealand will follow in flag changes. It would be a little weird to still use the flag of a nation that doesn't exist anymore in the canton.  It will be an end to an age of beautiful flag designs.

I think it is an interesting development, I'm keen to see what will change and will be better and/or worse. It won't be easy though, as the UK is split up at 52 to 48%

Also read that in Scotland, a million people already signed a petition for another referendum to stay in the EU.

Ireland is not part of the UK. Northern Ireland is, but me thinks they will have a referendum too (as I said in my previous post).

I don't think another referendum is going to happen any time soon.

Sad part is the age statistics. The youth voted overwhelmingly in support of remain and the old voted overwhelmingly to leave.

Apologies, I meant Northern Ireland. You think they will leave too? Join back up with the rest of Ireland or go it alone?

I think Scotland said they wanted another referendum, but is there a minimum time that has to have passed since the last one?

I know a lot of Northern Irish want to leave, not sure if the Republic of Ireland will take them. Haven't looked into it too much. I would be surprised if they went at it alone...

Yeah, the problem will be holding another referendum. Not sure how long it will take but if they can arrange one soonish, I think it'll be a landslide in favour.

There won't be a border poll in in Northern Iteland over the EU, of course Irish republicans will tell you otherwise , the Good Friday agreement outlines the circumstances of when a vote on a united Ireland is possible , put simply if the majority of the I population wishes to have such a vote, it looks unlikely as the majority of NI wants to remain part of the UK, if a border poll ever comes it will mark some of the worst civil unrest Europe has seen.

This isn't accurate, Texas is in fact larger than America.

In other news, a guy got shot at my local Walmart. #murica #secondamendment

My cousin, he got shot
In a Walmart parking lot
This little town sure has changed a lot
He said it hurt like Hell

When I saw the first few lines on the Tapatalk app, I got concerned for your cousin's welfare.

Earthquake and tsunami in New Zealand are pretty scary. I have 4-5 elderly relatives in the directly affected areas. Haven't heard anything from them yet... The waiting in times like these are the worst.

Thank man, just heard back that all are ok. Lots of damage though. Tsunamis suck.

Why? It's a great day in history when a long lived murdering dictator dies just too bad it wasn't at the end of a rope or bullet to the head like his boy Che
