Free Aim
« on: January 23, 2013, 10:37:09 AM »
The Max Payne 3 community in my opinion is already smaller than that of Red Dead Redemption's. Considering the amount of time RDR has been out for, I'm quite disappointed at the end of it all. You guys might not be as upset as I am because soft lock is still or seems to be a thriving community, you get lobby after lobby of Gang Wars matches throughout the day. The story is very different for free aim, for the whole of my UK Time day Max Payne is nothing but 1 or maybe two Team Deathmatch and Deathmatch sessions. If I want a fun game I have to wait until maybe 11 or even 12 just to start seeing just full sessions in free aim. All I'm saying is before you get hooked on soft lock and settle down to play it try free aim out, I know I play soft lock on RDR but I think the whole free aim experience on Max Payne 3 is different, I think (and this is my opinion) that Max Payne 3 was meant to be a free aim game.

So next time you get on Max Payne 3 hop in a free aim game, and hopefully you'll enjoy it.  :)

This is how I felt about HC in RDR. MP3 is even worse IMO.

Take a chance on FA it's kinda fun. :)

It's fun until someone joins with an over zealous attitude and duel wields.

I always duel wield with an SMG and pistol, or I did when I played MP3. It's Max Payne broski, it's all about the duel wielding bullet time. Don't be expecting some tactical two handed assault rifles all the time.

Yeah, because someone else joins the session using the duel wields. I hate using them because it's immensely redundant. Subject in point, the only reason people see me use these, and say that I use them ALL the time is probably because I only use them for the remainder of time that they're in the session. I'm not saying that's the case most of the time, but it's definitely majority. As individuals, we will always find ways to complain. Yes, I am Rose Payne / Kara Price, digress the topic.

free aim is a complete ghost town on psn.  it was pretty busy for the fisrt month, but it has finally dwindled down to nothing.  even though soft lock on mp3 is way better (imo) than normal aim on rdr, I would still rather play free aim.
I wont even be thinking of mp3 in 5 months...c'mon GTAV!
