I do miss a lot of people from DWB, RRR and BOTW who I've lost touch with over the years. :)

Glad to be back on the forums!
I drop by time and again. Got myself a nice PS3 (not 4) since I couldn't afford it and pay mortgages and stuff.  ;D

I miss the glory days of this place. Had a lot of laughs and met some fine friends here. I just passed 9 years here and it makes me a little sad to know that even a new red dead couldn’t bring even a tenth of the activity back to this forum.

i miss them all but time moves on ... i'd have to say that back in the day Red Dead Redemption was something very new in gaming and had no real rivals.  if you take a look at what we have today although Red Dead Redemption 2 is for the most part the only western open world game there are so many more choices today with loads of new games coming out at a fairly steady rate ... it make things a bit more difficult to be dedicated to a single game when we have so much to choose from ... i just think that a single game no longer has the power to pull folks in like the first Red Dead Redemption did because it was so ground breaking and had no real competition ... yup we had it all back in the day ... and who knows what the future holds for gamers and the gaming communities ...

Yeah, I don’t lose sleep over it, but it had a good run. I think part of it is the fact that many of the most active posters were young and had all the time in the world. Now they have such different lives and without that activity it’s hard to keep a critical mass. I follow Uca on twitter and now he’s a young reporter writing about Hong Kong. When I think of the changes in my life in 9 years... I bought a Hoodie I really like...

I think you are absolutely right, Will...that makes perfect sense and I never really thought about that.

BUT, ever since I switched to Playstation....the Red Dead community is much different from what I've seen. People are more active, friendly and are enjoying Red Dead Online to it's fullest.  It was only my 2nd day online and I was able to join up with a friend and we had a posse of 5 going. They were all high levels but they took some time to help me level up a bit.  It was so nice!

Hopefully as Rockstar adds more content....maybe people will come back to the game.  I know that I was always complaining about it and now I love it!

As for the forums, I don't know....it's really a shame.  I do know that the spammers/bots are enjoying the forums...they are the most active. LOL!

Like someone said above, a lot of the members was in the late teens early 20's...... and now they have all drifted off to new corners of the World.

But it really quite sad how they ditch the fine people that they used to hang out with.

I have been working for over 20 years and after a hard day at work, i still like to browse on here while relaxing in front of the TV, posting shit from my couple of hours RDR or GTA moment.

Wow, always thought he'd make it to DJ... Thanks for the heads up :)

Usually when we finish work, we relax at home. and unwind after our day.

which means plenty of goodtimes on Red Dead.
