Nice, was waiting for someone to make a topic like this.

All further discussion about werewolves, the haunting of Tumbleweed or anything else fantastical will now go here and the old threads closed up.

Cool Toke, I aimed to make a general thread for this so all the threads can be consolidated.

I love how all the pictures of the werewolf are all blurry cell phone pics. The myth of the werewolf is still not confirmed. Cracks me up. It's kinda like real life how all the pictures are questionable.

Confirmation that strange things are afoot on RDR? http://www.reddead.net/forums/thread-i-might-be-onto-something-big-need-help

So far not much has been confirmed, except that water sound heard in tumbleweed who happened to be a flock of bats. I gotta start myth hunting again soon. D:

EDIT: Here's the video link for the flock of bats once more, thats for those who didn't seen it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dP3yGZvDP5U

I think it is a bad idea to lock all the threads and consolidate everything. If I was looking for information on just one topic like per say Tumble weed I now have to sort through raptor, bigfoot and wearwolf post... Why cant we just keep a single topic to one thread instead of muddying the water by piling everything into one place.

Perhaps the thread should be 'tabbed' like the 100% Completion Guide... with all the crazy stuff revolving around this game, this thread can get cluttered by the same people reposting the same information when the thread grows to tl;dr size...

The tabs featuring basic confirmed information and supported/realistic rumors as well as alledged screenshots.

What do we have besides:

The Tall Tree Werewolf

The Chupacabra

Tumbleweed Ghosts

Rock Carvings

The Pure White Stallion

I have seen in a couple of other places about the Mexican zombie. I personally haven't seen it myself either. Can anyone on here confirm with video that that easter egg is real.

The high quality pics are pretty convincing on the Zombie. Not sure I need a vid to believe that one. R* is pretty big on zombies. That's no secret. Remember when the zombie in a  R* spedo was a myth? Now everyone has it...

I wish i knew myself, the only pointers is in the first pic where we see Seth, i can assume its the mission where you ride around while seth search for corpses...which isn't in Mexico at all.

Is anyone willing to put a bounty up for the werewolf???
PSN mmgcash
Cop 1: Looks like a heart attack.
Cop 2: What\'s that he\'s holding?
Cop 1: Looks like a game controller. Must\'ve died right in the middle of a game.
Cop 2: (looks at the tv screen) Wow, that\'s a lot of Trophies. He really lived, didn\'t he?
Cop 1: (nods solemnly, eyes mist) Yea

Well, most of the time these more "specific" threads end up becoming a general discussion anyway. Rather than cluttering up the list with similar threads, it all is in one central location.

If the particular thing you want to know can't be found, just post a question about it. The worst that will happen is someone will bitch that this was talked about already and either just tell you the answer you were looking for, or link you to the page where your question is answered.

We all know that it is kind of undesirable to read all of the threads' posts if you haven't been following it from the beginning anyway.
I like to think people in this community understand that and are willing to be helpful to others.

If this werewolf exists, I will find it. I'm bringing dynamite with me on the hunt.
Wish we had a portable cannon that i can put on a wagon.

The video under the pics of the zombie is a glitch totally unrelated to the Mexican zombie.

EDIT: Withdraw previous comment. I just now noticed Seth in the first picture and after looking at it for a while that scenery looks like Cholla Springs where the frist Seth missions are at.

The zombie is a glitch. It's one of the bodies from when you help Seth transport the coffins

Yes they did.

Sam Houser stated "I did in fact put Bigfoot in the game which was meant as a joke but my boss told me to remove it. Instead, I didn't tell my boss and kept Bigfoot in the game just in case testers decided to roam the woods. Players will have a 1/10 chance of finding Bigfoot." (?)

Off of GTA wiki.

Oh, whoops. I forgot that a fan-made wiki page, which is able to be edited by anyone, is irrefutable proof of the existence of Bigfoot. A wiki without any credible citations, even! How convenient. Lets take a look at the person who added in the "quote", WipeoutFan98. Here, you can easily see that he took

Quote
Several screenshots and videos have been posted claiming to show the creature in the game, but they have been classified as hoaxes - either genuine in-game captures of unofficial modifications or edited (photoshopped) images and videos.

And replaced it with

Quote

Several screenshots and videos have been posted claiming to show the creature in the game. Sometimes genuine in-game captures of unofficial modifications or edited (photoshopped) images and videos can fool players.

Providing absolutely no proof to back up the claim and completely getting rid of the bit about classifying them as hoaxes. Later on in the article he decides to add:

Quote

But a few months later, a Rockstar employee stated "I did in fact put Bigfoot in the game which was meant as a joke but my boss told me to remove it. Instead, i didn't tell my boss and kept Bigfoot in the game just in case testers decided to roam the woods. Players will have a 1/10 chance of finding Bigfoot."

Then a week later, WipeoutFan98 decided to change "a Rockstar employee" to "Sam Houser", still providing no proof. If you Google the quote, surprise surprise, you don't find the source of it. No online interview with Houser, no magazine article. Just bullshit from people who believe in bigfoot. I'm surprised anyone with half a brain would believe it's an actual quote.
