Red Dead Redemption 2 / Re: OFFICIAL TRAILER #3
« on: May 18, 2018, 07:54:04 PM »
I believe that online will release a couple weeks after the main game releases. I reckon they'll do as they did with GTAO. But I'm bracing myself for no way of getting into bugging servers from all the traffic. I dont expect them to have all the crowd they got for GTAO.  But I reckon a fair amount will be Red Deaded for awhile.
I'll be hitting up MP first and playing single player when the servers inevitably crash from the activity.

In my opinion. That source has been the best one this month. I've done a starter video with mini focused breakdowns of aspects to come soon within the next coming weeks.

What's up, Folks!

This article has got to one if the most sound sources we've had so far apart from that of IGN.

It details the HUD being completely customizable which really I wouldn't have expected anything less. I'm pretty sure the original game could do that.

It mentions the return of dead eye. How the scenery gradually changes as you enter different areas. Also the return of the honour system.

It details the start of the singleplayer game and how Arthur Morgan is essential a body we can occupy to experience the history of John and Dutch in the history books.

How Morgan is a character that they expect the player to only sympathize with but in actual fact. Disagree. With the man himself. Though he holds some Morals.

I can't completely, agree. With the idea that Arthur Morgan can't be a beloved character. Yes, Rockstar have made Arthur an identity to make him a real soul. But they don't expect that connection. The thing is, If I'm looking to be a badass outlaw who contributes to an outlaw gang. Then Arthur is the exact person I want to be.

John was a complete badass. He was an outlaw in many minds. But in actual fact, he was a lost soul walking a line in regards to the law threatening his life and family. Really, John was just a pawn used to destroy everything he once loved in order to just be brutally murdered himself.

With the honour system returning I noticed something. Why would anyone (Apart from just having fun) have Marston in a moral standpoint. Go to the dishonourable path. Logic says he would've been cut down before any events within that game. If anything the law had him tied in knots.

If you want that true freedom to logically go dishonourable. Wouldn't the prime opportunities come with Arthur Morgan?

Just a couple of thoughts.

Video coming soon.

Thanks

- Marc

If it's all okay with the RDRForum.Net community, I'll stick around and share some of your conversations. If I can't build an audience they may just come through here too.

Of course stick around, we hope to see a lot more activity closure to launch, hopefully when the game play video drops.

(I have a theory that John will end up killing Arthur (maybe trying to protect Dutch?) who knows stranger things have happened.
Thanks. I just downloaded that tapatalk app to access the site easier. I'll definitely keep pushing to promote this place, though I can't guarantee the audience I'll pick up. Working a job and YouTube can be a difficulty compared to being a full career tuber.  That and when u try to export a 33 minute video and it takes way too long so you have to reassess the plan to Release it lol.

I definitely wouldn't rule it out as a possibility. My mind set on that whole situation is John could've idolized Morgan as the leader in some respect. But the part which gives me doubt on that is after reading that RDR2 is very much an extension on the stories of John and Dutch. While Morgan is pretty much a separate entity who we can experience their relationship through third hand.

There's also something else I find interesting. Everyone is so quick to assume Morgan is speaking to John in the third trailer when he says when the time comes run and never look back.. that very well could be three others too potentially in my mind. Though I'll admit, John is the obvious answer.

The Invisible thing could possibly be because you're able to play online multiplayer via PS4s Share Now application.
We need to arrange private public free roam sessions..... playing in a public free roam is broken, dead NPC's, other players invisible, gang hideouts not working, horse won't spawn, weapons not working or just not seen.

Sile, you are too funny! But, I like how you think!

I am flattered, but I can't take any credit (or revenue) as the Wiki entry is not mine. I was simply passing along the info in case someone was interested in reading about it.
But that was something that I hadn't of thought of to do at that point. Haha.
Very smart. I need to expand on the idea of that at some point.

But I feel it could definitely be within RDR2. Especially with the cops shutting down all the information on the case. Morgan and some others could've gone back to Blackwater for the showdown while Dutch and John amongst Williamson and more go in their directions.

If Morgan is this badass outlaw that everything is referring to him as. I'm pretty sure he is going to fight to the end. Especially if it means his own being taken from him.

If it's all okay with the RDRForum.Net community, I'll stick around and share some of your conversations. If I can't build an audience they may just come through here too.

Haha Yeah you got me.

I hope the vids take off but who knows I'm just going to keep it up as a hobbie and for those who are interested can hopefully join the ride.

Unfortunately, I can't use Adsense to earn. The adverts are because Take Two Interactive hit me with a copyright infringement so the adverts are there for that reason. Otherwise you could have your share Mrs Marston.

As for Forum tax. I think that's a stretch. I mean say I was to get a million views. That's at least half of that audience coming here to see the forum. I should charge for Forum promotion. Lol.
Aup, is that a brummie accent I detect? Alright Bab?

If that video gets millions of views then you need to pay Mrs M her share of the ad revenue so that she can buy a PS4.

Hi Ma'am

Hope you don't take offence to this but I have mentioned you within a video I recently uploaded quoting this idea right here. I thought it was an awesome find.
